I was supposed to fly to Cape town on Wednesday the 29th of May. I couldn't get out of meetings so I had to fly the next day which I paid telephonically.
My return flight was Saturday the 1st at 11h45. When I got to the check in counter I was told that because I missed the flight on Wednesday my return flight was also cancelled. I was flying to Egypt later that evening so I had to come back and buy another ticket to the value of R1045.
How is this making any sense? Why would you cancel my return flight. It was paid for. Missing the first flight has go nothing to do with my return. I was not notified by Kulula by mail or phone that my return flight would be cancelled or to confirm my return!
I ask that you refund me the flight cost occurred
