GOLDEN ARROW HAS NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS

The golden arrow buses has been on my last nerve since I started travelling with them. They drive carelessly and close door on me as I was getting out the bus and still continued driving while my arm was stuck in the doors, I was on cruches at the time and as a dancer I do not want to be injured!!! They now have new drivers that come an hour late! And almost driving into other cars on the way to our destination. The driver I am currently in the bus with now is supposed to leave the station at 7:30am and pass our stop at 7:45. He only arrived at 8:30!!! And he still gives us all attitude as do all the drivers I travel with! They are never on time anymore! And even if we complain and they say they sorting out the problem, still nothing is done about it and they have increase the bus tickets and wil be increasing it by another 15 percent!!! I have had it with Golden Arrow they hae no tourist ettiquette! I know that in any business customer is king and I intend to make it that way! They need to be sewed! I have varsity fees to pay and I will not allow them to make me miss my classes coz if that happens its and immediate fail for the year and they will have to pay!!!
