Don’t expect them to understand

I didn't' make payment in time with [URL Removed] . I emailed them, I lost my house in a fire and everything were in chaos. I did pay them, a bit late, but they got their money with proof of payment faxed and emailed to them. Still, they kept on calling me every day demanding payment! I kept on emailing and faxing them proof of payment! Eventually after more than a week, they emailed me - ha, they found the payment. Because it is a week later now, they want another "late payment service fee"! They are the most unsympathetic, unfriendly and unhelpful company I ever dealt with! Unhelpful and fast asleep when it comes to their collections department. I will never deal with them again, that for sure!!
