NO SERVICE AT CARD DIVISION ONCE AGAIN

After I had waited about 6 months for a new credit card and numerous telephone calls to them, I had to lodge a complaint about the service, then only I received a new card. After receiving the card, I requested the pin number and were told that it will get posted, up to today I have not received anything. Now that I want to use the card, I were told that they cant give it to me over the phone and asking stupid questions which I answered correctly, but the way they are asking the questions is misleading and now they cant give me the pin number and have to wait 7 days for it. I need to use the card now and cant wait for another 7 days. Their service is ridiculous and shockingly poor. I rather cancel this card and this will have to the effect that I will also never fly Kulula again. As their card service, so unreliable is their airline times.
