I had booked a return flight via [URL Removed] from Johannesburg to Durban and then Durban back to Johannesburg. All went well with the JHB to Durban flight but by accident I had clicked "July" as opposed to "June" on their drop down calendar. I called their call centre number within 24hrs to rectify this error and they charged me a whopping R365.00 to change the flight to June. I think this is absolutely disgusting how we are being ripped off. I gave more than enough warning time to cancel the "July" flight and don't see any inconvenience on their side yet they charged me that amount. I wanted to cancel the whole flight after realizing I would have been ripped off but that would have cost more so I had to settle with paying R365.00 as I had to get back to JHB in June!! Absolutely disgusted!
