Rudeness of metrorail staff and bad service

I took the train this morning from Stikland station to saltriver station due to the fact my car broke down

when you get at Stikland station witch is a very small station there is no ticket sales or control when you get in at the De La Haye side not even a notice board

I board the train get of at saltriver station and had to pay R40 due to no ticket as i tried to explain the lady just ignored me and said she contact them, she did and said they sell tickets i have to pay i phoned themself at stikland to find out the office is on the other side of station witch i did not know as there is no 1 helping at stikland or any notice

just because you check tickets does not mean you have to be rude in fact if no 1 takes trains you wont have a jo
