On the morning of 19 June 2013 I was travelling from Wellington to Brackenfell.
At Dal Josafat station, I was robbed of my Samsung Galaxy Note II. The person who robbed the phone got on at Mbekweni station.
My complaint against Metrorail is that there were:
No security on either the train or the station
No access control on the train / station
Not enough lights at Dal Josafat station
The window next to me was faulty
The emergency button was not functional
I tried to report this matter at various stations, but all I get is an "We can't help you"
I would like the area service manager to contact me, as it seems that all the other Metrorail staff is too busy to listen to me being a nuisance to them.
