I went to kapteinsklip station to buy a train ticket because, metrorail no longer accept bus tickets, my girlfriend and i stood in along line waiting to to buy a ticket, everyone bought two and more tickets at the booth where the suppervisor were helping, when i got there, i bought my ticket and when i wanted to buy my girlfriends ticket, he refused to give me two tickets and my girlfriend ended taking taxi due to this, he was rude when i demanded a second ticket and he just ignored me and told me im holding up the line. for a suppervisor to give this kind of service to people dont deserve to be suppervisor because what is he teaching his stuff, he supposed to help you with metrotrail problems, not give you problems
