Wrong Seats allocated, even after saying available

Booked with Computicket online for the Crusaders rugby match Friday 5th April. Online chose area Lower West section, as have friends sitting there. Computicket confirms these seats are available. Then when paid, tickets show up at UPPER EAST side, Totally opposite end of the stadium.
Phone line people say oh thats because your selected seats were not available, gave you the next best ones. GAVE THE WORST seats in the stadium. Also there website STILL says the seats we wanted ARE available. Sort this out, unacceptable!
So they change my seats booked eventually with a new booking to a different section (upper west) and then tell me to WAIT 3-5 days for my money to be returned! Seriously poo
