I have been trying to get rid of Flexi for a while now, but can't seem to do this. Cancellations will only be accepted from January to May, IF the funds are paid up, but cancellation is still up to their discretion while they continue to raise membership fees. I did not sign the agreement with them and are only making the payment on his behalf, therefore I have requested the agreement (four times now), but have not received this and actually don't believe that they have a copy of this. They are threatening to black list me, yet they are not keen to assist with account queries. I have requested a breakdown of my account on numerous occasions since 2010 (magically they do not have record of this). As of 5 May 2013, the o/s fees were R11, 278.39, yesterday (22 May 2013) it was telephonically confirmed that the new balance is R16, 000.00 odd, YET fees are raised in August each year!! How this possible? They are deliberately NOT responding to waste time and ensure that you are charged for another year fees. This is foul play and!
