The member has been with Flexi Club for 9 years and now at the age of 75 can no longer afford to travel and medically not in a position to go anywhere alone. FLEXI CLUB refuses to assist in this regard after acknowledging the detail and admitting the member is up to date on payments etc, they keep on harrasing him for annual renewal fees and keep on putting through unauthorised debitorders for next year fees. This is totally unacceptable and therefore my advise NEVER JOIN AS YOU CAN NEVER CANCELL your membership again.
