Putco does not want to refund me for the period the drivers were on strike.
i had already made transport arrangements for this month and can not but a tag on special like they want me to.
When the drivers went on strike they said we must keep slips and they will refund us as soon as they are back . they even said that on the Radio.
They even said that the special ends on the 21st of May 2013. the special applies to everyone of which even those that were not affected still benefit.
I still want to be refunded. even if i buy the tag for next month, I need i need my refund to still apply because i have the proof of payment.
