Furious I am; last month I filled my tag with 44 trips and used about a half or so, having 19 trips left on my tag and then bus drivers decide to go on strike *great* yepppy. Mind you the trips have an expiring date and I can't use them cause are no buses; want my refund and a better service! I've pay a lot for 44 trips and that was R 590.00 and to even think about the service we receive daily is, either the buses are late, dirty, old (when it's raining, we have to open up an umbrella inside the bus), broken windows (hello" winter" is here) and with bus drivers that have a serious attitude problem. This is just not fair, with all of this happening still they want to increase the pricing gaa... Please help out!! This is just no on.
