I am sick and tired of Putco bus drivers and their service delivery. Especially the Sandton via Birnam route. Everybody is so rude. I'm paying for the service and its not like I get into the bus for FREE. Some of us get treated like we are first time users of Putco even though we have been travelling with them for years. There are bus drivers that doesnt want to stop when you try to stop them even though we are standing at a bus stop. Some of the buses get stuck and this is so frustrating because some of us have priorities and responsiblities at home. Putco you need to service your buses regularly to avoid the buses from stucking or engines overheating. We are tired of struggling and yet we pay for the service.
