Now that Putco buses are back from strike, today we were told that we have to pay cash to get work where else we have our last month bus tags. When they went to strike they told us that they will reimburse us but now its a total different thing. As commuters we want to know if they going to reimburse our full trip or not. I think they should have called a meeting with the commuters before they took whatever decision they took to make both parties happy. Its really unfair for us commuters to go to the bus stops & be told that we have to pay cash while we still have tags with 16-19 trips with us. Can Putco come up with a solution not a problem here.
