Termination of Contract

Membership Number 267479, I joined Flexi club in 2007 and late last year my assumption was that my contract had come to an end in terms of paying my bond account. I was told I was left with about two years as my records state that I only joined in 2009. When I produced my contract to them, I was told that Flexi club had changed the IT system and there was no record of me from 2007. When I called on several occasions but I was sent from post to pillar then finally I had to visit the Pinetown offices. I spoke to Pritesh who was really rude and he couldn't help me and I asked to speak to his superior. Thola came to assist me but to no avail as she promised that she will get back to me in two weeks. I waited until this year 2013 still Thola had not given me any feedback. I then had to visit Flexi Club on the 20th March 2013 and met Pretesh again who continued to be very unprofessional. I then asked to see Arny who I must say was very helpful at that moment. I discussed everything with him and he managed to retrieve information since I joined in 2007. He explained to me that I did owe deposit money which from my understanding I paid in 2007 as a cash deposit as I was told then that this
