I will make this short and sweet.
I need to make a change on an existing booking. The procedure to follow to amend this booking is not working. I constantly have to make the same call as I constantly get disconnected or put on hold until the call get disconnected.
I have now placed 6 calls from Perth to South Africa to the call centre, each time I need to spend 5 mins providing personal information to verify my identity and the validity of my request. All I could establish is that the change in ternary will cost me R3400 which I was willing to pay, but indeed was again put on hold until the call disconnected.
No attempt from SAA to return my calls or attempt to contact me, I after all every time need to confirm my E-Mail, Telephone and residential address. I estimate my expenses in calls to be in the region of R1500 already!
I am interested to see SAA is going to react on this complaint.
