I sent my car to Imperial Toyota with the most obvious problematic sound as I drove. Instead of fixing this, I now have a battery problem and the same problematic sound as I drive. I don't have time to book the car back in and instead of facilitating this for me by offering me a courtesy car for something they did, I am being told to bring my car back in. I don't have time for this, I rely on my car heavily!
