I want to place an additional order with Homechoice on an existing account. I phoned their call centre as I was unable to change the details over the web. I could supply them with ALL the details, i.e. idnumber, cell number, etc but was unable to supply them the previoius work telephone number. I sat at a temporary desk in the previous building (92 Oak Avenue Centurion) and have now moved to a new (same employee) 96 Oak Avenue. Due to the fact that I could not remember what my previous work number was, they are REFUSING to change my address. I said that I can place the order, but it won't be delivered at the correct address - please could we just verify all my other information, I can even give them the last date that I paid my account! They now say that the only way to change the address is if I get my employee to write a letter - can you believe? All I want to do is change my address so that I can place an order with them. Seems they are not interested in my business? (PS - I can supply them with ANY other personal information they would be interested in to verify my details) Ironic ain't it?
