Upon receiving notification that my order was due to be delivered on the 17th Dec, I phoned the call centre to change the delivery address to my residential as I was not going to be at work from the 13 Dec. The agent I spoke to failed to update the couriers or make any notes on the system. My order was sent to my offices, incorrectly, and with no one there to receive, was sent back to the depot on the 20th Dec. No one phoned me informing me of this.
What happened from hereon was a multitude of calls between Kalahari, me and their couriers RTT, and every day i was told it would be delivered the next day, but the next day would come, and the couriers would say it hasn't been loaded for delivery AGAIN. It took 3 agents to finally get the residential address across to RTT, and now im back at work after 3 weeks of leave, so we had to change the address back to my work one. Apparently it is loaded for delivery today, but whether the address they have is correct, i don't know. NO FAITH - Shocking service. No manager or supervisor has phoned me, I escalated and sent an email to support yesterday morning, but have had no response. i make 2 calls every day to Kalahari asking for updates!
