SAA apparently doesn't respect the online booking seat request as we were given different seats. I only noticed once we were on the plane. The cabin crew chief said that we could sit in the seats if they were not occupied. I went to look but there was a passenger in the seats sleeping across all three seats. This was a through flight and the passenger got on at the departure point. They should also upgrade passengers or offer some form of compensation when they cannot fulfill their promises. It is a pretty poor show that SAA don't respond to complaints directly or through this website. This was flight SAA087 on 23 march.
