We booked a ticket for my son to go to JHB and he was suppposed to get on the bus at 3:15 in the morning. We were waiting at the busstop, at Shell ultra city garage in Kroonstad. None of their people ever phone back. On 12 April the asked me to sent an e-mail of which I did. After that another few regarding this refund. I am still waiting. He took another bus that morning of which we could buy a ticket on the bus.
