Refund Request - Waiting forever!

I purchased a baby chair but due to poor quality I requested a refund.

The first request I did via email on the 19th of February and received a ticket number on the 1st of March. After numerous communications and no progress I phoned the call center on 7th of March. They indicated to me that there was no record of the ticket number and that they will open a new request and provide me with new ticket number.
On the second refund request there was more progress. The courier came on the 8th of March to pick up the chair. On the 12th of March I received an email indicating that my request for refund has been received by Customer Services Dept. So when nothing happened I phone the call center again on the 25th of March requesting an update and for the second time I was told that my ticket number doesn't exist.
The call center gave me a new ticket number (the third one) and told me that someone will contact me in two days with regards to the refund. It has been two days and no one from Groupon has contacted me yet.
So it has been more then a month after my first refund request and no refund yet. I am wondering how long Groupon will drag the request out, will my request get lost again.
