My Girlfriend and I flew from King Shaka International Airport to O.R Thambo International. Each person can bring 20 kg on board, so together it should be 40 kg's. We had one bag of 30 kg's which is significantly less than 40 kg's but had to pay additional R 250 for the excess
This is ridiculous and I am very disappointed that we had to pay the excess since combined, we had lot less luggage than we were allowed.
We were in a hurry so could not argue but I do expect a refund
