They cancelled my New Line

I called telkom February 14th to order an additional land line to our existing (016) 986 1898 number in our office. telkom called me one Wednesday to say they coming the Thursday to install, they all sent an SMS to the owner of the company I work for conveying the same message. This was four Thursdays ago. I called telkom almost every day to find out when we are getting our additional line but it was one bad reason after the next. Last week when I called them, I was informed they cancelled the new line that I ordered as they could not get hold of the owner of the company. Not even I can get hold of my MD most of the time, so why did telkom think they could. I placed the order, telkom also had my land line and my cell number on their system. Last time I complained on Hellopeter my telephone line and ADSL line "mysteriously" was disconnected for three days... telkom mafia tricks. Well now that I am bitching about the second most hated company in South Africa... once again, I can expect my line to be disconnected soon... Hope telkom can come to my office, install the additional line, come and look at why the ADSL line is so slow like a 186 Dial-up modem and maybe restore my faith.
