Vodacom not cancelling BIS

My husband, boss and myself all upgraded from Blackberry to iPhone 2 months ago and the BIS service was not cancelled on any of the accounts. The consultants in the stores do not PROACTIVELY ask if you would like to cancel the service even though it is COMMON SENSE that its of no use anymore. It really feels like Vodacom is scamming people out of money because they know people will not think to cancel it. How much money have they made from this??? Disgusted.
