Incompetent and rude

In February 2013 I provided this supplier with my new credit card details for the billing of my account. In March I proceeded overseas for a 3 month holiday and shortly after leaving they cut-off my phone. Whilst overseas I phoned them to find out why my phone had been cut-off - they said that it had not been. Upon my return 2, 5 months later and after having had no cellphone usage, I contacted Nashua mobile to find out why my phone wasn't working. They stated that it was because my credit card had expired. They eventually ascertained that they had not processed the new credit card details as instructed. I refused to pay for the 3 months of disconnected service but they merely charged my credit card. Now, 1 month later I receive a rude phone call stating that the bank have refused the latest charge. I indicated that this was not possible and was told ".. to go and sort it out ..." I demanded to speak to the operators superior. No joy, I check with the credit card supplier and they advise that Nashua are still trying to process the charge against the expired credit card .. and have been told this by the bank. A rude and incompetent business that shouldn't have a licence..
