This is the worse customer experience i have had in my life. No consultant good provide me with answer in respect of my accounts. I was given 4 different amounts. My contract was not migrated correctly. I was advised that my current billing amounts to R 1500, and same was incurred in the last week, when I questioned the consultant no answer could be given and I was advised that i should query my account after the billing cycle which is 3 weeks away. I requested to speak to a manager and was advised that no one could assist me and further that a supervisor will call me, I laid a complaint on the mtn website and same was not actioned, nor have i received a call from the supervisor as promised.
I assume this sort of service has caused MTN to lose 700 000 customers in the last 40days.
I was transferred to several departments and no one can give me a straight and direct answer.
