I called Forchini call centre this morning to correct my information as it was captured incorrectly when the application was captured. Pearl advised me that I have to send a copy of my Id so because I did not see why I needed to do that just to correct my surname, I requested to cancel the contract. She advised me with an attitude that she could not email confirmation of my request, so I requested a manager, she advised me that her manager is in a meeting and can not speak to me. I requested for his direct number and when I call the number it just rings and I have tried this number numerous times. This consultant had a bad attitude and kept on reminding me that I am after all cancelling so she does not understand why I should be so demanding if I'm not even a client anymore... and since when can a consultant not provide their full name and surname when it is requested??? I and really disgusted by the way she talked to me!!!
