IS IT POLICY TO IRRITATE CUSTOMERS?

Why does MTN insist on irritating me by sending SMS's saying that my account is overdue when it isn't? I am beginning do doubt my sanity for signing a new contract with you recently. I DON'T NEED THE AGGRAVATION! I think this will be the last contract period you enjoy my custom - SERIOUSLY.
