TO ALL OTHER POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS STAY AWAY FROM CTRACK!
When signing my contract with C-tract i crossed out area's on the length of service 48 mnths i felt was not fair. Ctract happily started debiting my account after the contract was recieved.which means that ctrack agreed to my terms as a contract is between two parties. since then i have had a fight about them debiting my account after the time period had passed below was thier excusses:
Dear Sir, Please be advised that upon signing the contract you entered into a legal and binding agreement. Also when signing a contract you acknowledge that you read and understood said terms and conditions. A legal contract will/cannot be changed unless both parties expressly agree upon the change.
Thus once again you have an outstanding amount of R 263.54 due to the fact that you have given your bank instruction not to allow any debits from us. Your contract has not yet reached end of term
Another responce: I did read your contract and I did notice that you have scratched 36 months and 48 months, Unfortunately if a manager has not agreed with and given permission the contract still stands - I NEED SPACE 2 TYPE THIER OTHER STUPID RESPONCES!
