I took out a contract with mtn, 2010, everything was fine, i upgraded in february as i was due for an upgrade, i upgraded to the Blackberry Z10. I'm paying R409.00 with no insurance included, i was not informed of other packages they offering, but now i find myself paying more than what i could afford paying because i thought the epackage i took out with them was the only cheapest package i can possiby get with that phone and it doesn't even include insurance, i honestly feel that their service is very poor and it has actually costed me a large amount of money, i feel that they should compensate me for the inconvenience and for the fact that i'm a loyal customer to them for all this time, because they are losing customers anyway...
