I ported over from Vodacom Service Provider in the last few months, which I regret, I have endless problems and learn something new every time with Autopage. I have received my bill which was after receiving an sms of an overdue account, when no account had even been sent to me, then I see on my account a once off charge which the call centre states is for sim and activation, R100, when I had already paid this so called sim fee to Autopage Pretoria in their banking account before the cellphone was sent to me which they said had to be done before sending the phone. Also I was shocked to see itemised billing charged when I never asked for that service, and when signing up for this contract, if you say it a mandatory item why had I not been informed of that from anyone, I only knew that it would be R399 pm plus CLI which I requested. Autopage can cancel the contract and take back services, this is by no means a service, its daylight
