8ta stopped my account because of their bad admin

I have an 8ta number which I got specifically because I can use this particular number for business. 8ta stopped my debit orders and cannot tell me why they did so, and after numerous requests have STILL not re-instated it. on 30-01-2013 at 10:53 I was promised banking details so I can pay in cash, I am STILL WAITING! My number has now been blocked and my service suspended even though I've paid my account and debit order is in place (debit order NEVER bounced - 8ta changed the account details with NO instructions from me). I did NOT cancel the contract yet I have no service. After numerous emails I have still not received a response and I bet that whoever phones me in response to this complaint, will also not resolve my issue.
