On the 30th of April I sent Altech Autopage a fax requesting that my number be switched to pre-paid. After calling their call center almost twice a week, it has still not been done. On Friday someone in the cancellations department escalated the matter and correctly scheduled it to happen on Monday 10 June 2013. On the morning my phone went offline and it still shows "No Service". Everyone calling me now gets a message that my number does not exist. I called their call center and was rudely told I must just wait, there is nothing they can do because it will happen on the day. This is after I waited two weeks for them to do a sim swop to a micro sim. This is totally unacceptable and I will never support this company again. I will also urge people I know to STAY AWAY. They have no reference numbers on issues, no callbacks, just basic bad service!!! I wonder how they manage to stay in business.
