I upgraded on March 15 2013, I reported faulty phone on March 18 and the operator said that someone will call me - however, I had to call again on March 19 because nobody called me yet. They collected phone and told me I had to wait max 3 weeks. What a laugh - after 3 weeks I persistently had to call a supervisor called Nicky - who's story stayed the same - "SORRY MAM - THE PHONE HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED YET". It has been 6 WEEKS and still not even a phone call from them. They're service is poor. They're call centers doesn't know whats going on, and they're supervisors even less!!! Watch out!!!
