10 weeks, one phone call and still no phone

My journey since 24 March:
I handed in my cellphone - a Samsung S3 - for repairs on 24 March 2013. The repair had to be done via the insurance. It is now two months later and I still do not have the phone back. I am paying my monthly fees but I do not have the service for it as I cannot use the sim in any other phone. I have phoned, send emails, but no one even bothers to return my calls or reply on my emails.

Utterly Disgusted: Altech Autopage send their acknowledgement via Hello Peter within 24 hours, but that was the only response. They have not been in contact since, and I still do not have my phone!!

Brian, I would really like to settle this matter now. It is two days since your call and 10 weeks since I gave the phone in! PLEASE HELP! I would like a call again to find out what is going on. PLEASE! this is getting on my nerves!
