Idiculous billing for bis service! still within m

I am currently within my 24 month contract with mtn, recently the bis conditions have changed, this is not what I signed up for so you cannot take me off the plan just like that. We signed a binding contract whereby the bis I signed up for meant unlimited browsing and now u r charging me! Why?! Pls respond as my bill is ridulously high. U need to reimburse me, both for my airtime you have taken away and for the bill u have sent me. Pls respond urgently! And pls make note to insert below!

During the month of March, MTN identified a technical error on its systems. The error resulted in MTN's BlackBerry (R) customers depleting their data at a faster rate than usual.
MTN's technical team has been investigating the root cause of the error, to resolve the issue. In keeping with its promise, the affected customers are being provided with an additional 200MB bundle.
MTN SA CEO, Karel Pienaar, has issued an apology to its loyal BlackBerry (R) customers for the interrupted experience and has assured customers that the interruption is not the standard of service they would give to customers.
