Vodacom repairs does not honor their promise

Hi Vodacom, I have previously complaint on this site because you took too long and or refuse to repair my Blackberry, then I received an answer that it will be repaired, but now some incompetent people at your branch at Vodaworld still refuse to repair my phone, could you please be so kind to supply me with your CEO detail as well as his address, I am willing to take this matter to the small claims court, but need your CEO's detail.
