I was at your Blackberry store at Vodaworld on 26 May 2013 as I wanted a backup done on my phone to be handed in at Vodacom for repairs. I asked the gentleman what the procedure was with regards to having your handset repaired and his answer to me was that it is Company Policy in South Africa that Blackberry phones are not to be repaired but replaced. I have just spoken to Nicole at the Vodacom repair centre and was advised that they are awaiting parts for my handset to be repaired. Can someone please advise me of the proper Policies are as I am now confused???
