I ordered my ADSL line a moth ago, I was promised that I would be up and running within 5 days. Every time I phone the call centre I am told that they are working on my order. Last week I was informed that I have to pay R 700.00 then my order well be finalised. Yesterday a call centre agent informed me that I didn't have to pay the deposit and by the way sorry no ADSL for you as we have no infrastructure. Couldn't you inform me of this when i placed my order??? I am awaiting your call.
