Blocking my phone

Everything was working fine with this company had a contract with them and they debited my account with their fees until last year March when I went to their Sandton Branch to inform them that I have changed banks from Standard Bank to FNB and they loaded my FNB details but told me since it already late that month they would not be able to debit my new account so I had to physically pay. They continued to debit my old account even in the months following that until they decided am now going to be a cash client and as a result owe them double the monthly contractual amount.
From that time every month they randomly just decide to block my account as they please and I have to run down to MTN shops every month to go and pay and phone them to rectify the problem. At first their consultants used make empty promises to fix the problem until now when they have changed to the dismissive and arrogant tone that they now use on me.
They have blocked my account again even though I did pay them for the current month can't make calls can't use my 3g card. They can't pick up the payment on their system so they just block the account.
I really curse the day I decided to this contract.
