Poor signal quality in kathu area

The signal quality and data transfer in the Kathu area is pathetic!!
Your 3G is slower than the normal GPRS if you can find any signal
at all does not matter where you are in Kathu indoors or outdoors
the signal remains very poor to non existent and is very frustrating!
Please do something about it or i am moving to another brand.
Please answer in person do not even bother vi the standard email you
send to everyone
