My office is based in Randburg and for the last year till current more than 15 MTN users has experience bad or now MTN Cellphone signal at the office where users from Vodacom and Cell C has full signal. After complaining at MTN for the lack of signal they still have not sorted out the signal problem and still haven't send a technician to come and test the signal at my office. Shirley there must be some sort of signal booster device that they can come and install to boost the signal. We are planning to cancel all our contracts at MTN because of the lack of service we have received as most of our business goes over cellphone calls.
