CLUELESS WIRELESS HURTS POOR CHURCH

I finally got your email of Hellopeter complaint and responded to you Tshego Matlou - THAT WAS ON FRIDAY 11th JANUARY... I AM STILL WAITING FOR YOU TO RESPOND SO THAT I CAN GET TWO MONTHS WORTH OF CHURCH VOICE MAIL -

My original complaint on HelloPeter (10th January)...

We were forced into taking a wireless phone - now our calls are being picked up by voice-mail and we (AND Telkom Technicians) have no idea as to how to access the messages. 'Said technician (who was really trying to help) phoned to check how the wireless phone was working, told him of the problem and the latter said that he would get back to me - that was before Christmas. The phone-line concerned belongs to a Church... these messages are very important, important beyond money.

The worst thing about this wireless phone is that when calling 10217 the call centre agents are barely if at all audible - I suspect that this is a glitch between the existing technology and that of the wireless'.

This is the only recourse I have to reach out to Telkom! Been holding the "barely-if-at-all-audible" call centre (10217) for 20 minutes odd... gave up after that. 'Have work to do!
