Autopage Davenport & Callcentre bullying tactics

Signed a new contract on 11/04/13 and on day of delivery found defective black Iphone 5 16gig. Numerous promises and (need I say) later and I still do not have a new phone. No one seems to want to take accountability for my issue and have either to me, failed to deliver on their promises, or misquoted sections of the Consumer Protection Act. I am currently paying for a contract that I do not have the use of.
My highlights:

Ash - sales consultant at Davenport committed to a replacement phone within 7 days (on 16/04)
Susan Oliphant at the callcentre - spoke to her on 25 April and on 26 April she had no recollection of the previous days discussion. She also told me that I am unable to cancel my Autopage contract, yet they can provide dismal service and a faulty phone. I am unable to get hold of her supervisor, or a Mr Nazeem Ameer. I was told his secretary would phone me back (this was /- 12h00 on the 26th. Its the 29th today and im still waiting).

Left a message for Denash Harrirlal (apparently the owner). at 9h00 this morning stating it was a complaint. Its 2pm and no call. Disgusting service, misinformed staff, and lack of accountability all round from Autpopa
