Thinking Mweb normally do thing quite efficiently, I phoned using my cellphone, not knowing that it'll take 30min of my time and two sales man and woman have failed to help me in anyway.
I explained thoroughly that I wanted to upgrade my 1024mbps line to a 2048mbps line. The sales lady informed me that all customers using 1M line will be automatically converted to a 2M line. I was then forever being transferred around and asked to hold for at least 6min each time and nothing was done. I currently use the 1M line, being billed R488/ month for the 1M line even though there is no such package! I then told the sales man to phone me back as my free-minutes and my patience were depleting. I have 3 accounts with Mweb and two of them have the same problem.
I do hope you understand my frustration and resolve this matter immediately!
