Over the last few months I have been collecting all my gift vouchers I received from the Waterfront. On Friday past I enquired if it was possible to combine all the gift cards into one

I went to the helpdesk area and a lady by the name of Ilhaam assisted me. Friendly courteous and very professional. She mentioned it could take some time to be done however assured me that it will be. A few hours later she called to say the transfers were completed (however I missed the call) She mentioned on the voicemail which card the money has been added to and also said the card is active. Yesterday I got a follow up call from her to enquire if I received her voicemail message and I I have any further questions.

Very rare do you get a follow up call these days. Thank you Ilhaam for your great service and attitude.
