I tried to add a data package to my existing account, first they told me to cancel my account @ a R2000 fee and then sign a new contract. After a 30min phone call eventually got hold of a manageress that said she will speak to the engineers and get back to me. Well I'm still waiting. Let see what happens when the contract expires at the end of October 2013... I will now most probably get a message from Ilhaam saying Thank you for your post. I am sorry for the service failure you have experienced.
