Still no refund after VM phoned me

On the 3rd April I posted a report of Virgin Mobile taking money and contract was cancelled. Ilhaam phoned me the 4th of APril saying I'm indeed in my right, was an error on their side and the monies will be refunded to me within 5 days.

Its a week later, 5 days passed and no refund... was it some kind of JOKE!
